AHA Well Represented at National Village Gathering

The annual conference of the Village to Village Network, of which AHA is a member, was held in Baltimore November 6-8, and AHA used the close proximity of the conference to bring a contingent of a dozen to fully fan out to network and learn from the many excellent speakers. [read full article]

First “Matter of Balance” Class a Success

The inaugural “Matter of Balance” class, co-sponsored by AHA and the City of Alexandria, has wrapped up, and plans are already afoot to offer the class again in the Spring 2018. Instructors Chriss Nielsen and Babs Waters led the class of a dozen participants through 8 sessions combining classroom instruction with stretch and balance exercises. [read full article]
