StrongerMemory™ – Session 1 of 12

AHA volunteer Roberta McGregor will facilitate another 12-week series of the StrongerMemory™ program. The program includes a curriculum designed to stimulate the brain’s prefrontal cortex, which governs our ability to retrieve memories. The curriculum exercises center on simple math problems, writing or journaling, and reading out loud. Participants will have a workbook to practice exercises on their own and the group of participants will meet virtually every Wednesday through November 23.
