This presentation will address the importance of having a plan in place in the event of a hospital stay–whether that stay is a planned surgery or an unexpected event. This in-person presentation will take place at Brightview Senior Living, 6509 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria on Thursday, November 13.
This team of panelists will talk through what you can expect from a hospital stay and the discharge plan–and help you determine if you have necessary resources lined up to ensure as smooth a process as possible. You’ll also learn more about resources available to you if you do not have an advocate (family member or otherwise) in place.
