Want to Stay Connected, Meet People, and Have Fun?
Join AHA as an Associate Member and enjoy social activities, make new connections, and be part of Alexandria’s “Village”– a network of neighbors helping one another stay connected, engaged, and independent as they age.
You may not yet need the practical benefits of a full AHA membership, but staying socially connected and involved in your community is important at every stage of life. Associate Membership gives you a way to have fun, meet new people, enjoy social activities, and build meaningful connections that can help you maintain a strong sense of community as you age.
As an Associate Member, you can experience what makes AHA special, support our work, and be part of a “Village” where neighbors connect, friendships grow, and everyone has opportunities to stay engaged.

Trained AHA volunteers can assist members during medical visits by accurately documenting patient encounters, medical histories, and clinical treatments in a healthcare setting.
Phone Check-In
AHA can provide phone check-in calls tailored to a Member's schedule and needs. The duration and interval of the call vary based on circumstance—from a daily 2-minute check-in to a longer weekly conversation.
