Tour of Alexandria Special Collections
Date(s) - 10/12/2018
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
The Alexandria Special Collections library, housed in the Queen St. Branch, contains historical records about Alexandria back to its colonial roots, including newspapers, town documents, personal letters and journals that all tell the story of Alexandria. The librarian will give us a tour and discuss with us how our own letters, diaries, and other papers or materials might be helpful to our own hometown libraries. The tour and talk will take place on Friday, October 12 at 1:30 at the Barrett Library, 717 Queen St. RSVP to the AHA office or below by October 11.
