Social media is a fact of life for the 1.94 Billion monthly users of Facebook, the 700 million monthly users of Instagram, and the 328 million monthly users of Twitter. But if you’re not using social media maybe you have a nagging feeling like you’re missing out – on the photos of the grandkids, interesting articles your friends have seen and mentioned, notices of an upcoming school reunion, or keeping up with former work or neighborhood friends. Well, it’s not too late to sign up – but do you want to? And, if so, where to start?
Cele Garrett and Jen Heinz, AHA’s Marketing and Membership Manager, will lead a session providing an overview of social media options, as well as whether to, and how to, engage in a way that’s comfortable for you. Come with your questions! RSVP to the AHA office on our website calendar below, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 703.231.0824.
