Grief is an ongoing process that can unfold over the course of many years. It stops and starts in many places and one of those places is new beginnings. Our experiences are complex, and we can feel two things at once. That you have changed becomes softly apparent and grief is still there.
Join AHA friends for the second session of our group as we explore moving away from pain and loss and examine the emerging new you. The group will meet in the conference room of the AHA office, located at 3139 Mount Vernon Avenue.
