Community Service Day

AHA set up a team to participate in the May 16 Community Service Day sponsored by Volunteer Alexandria. It is a good way for us to give something back to the community and perhaps make some new friends for AHA.. It will only take 4 or 5 hours of your time — 12:30- 4:30 (plus a little more if you want to join their party at the end). Activities can run from planting flowers to painting — but you need only do what fits with your comfort level.
Our team name is AHA Supports Alexandria. Suggested contribution is $25 — and you get a t-shirt! If we have at least 4 of us — and hopefully more, we will make the goal.
