StrongerMemory™ Starts New Session on April 5
AHA is pleased to bring back StrongerMemory™ beginning on Wednesday, April 5 at 3pm. Participants will meet virtually every Wednesday until June 21, 2023 with AHA volunteer Roberta McGregor again facilitating the program. This is a Zoom program limited to members only. If you missed the opportunity to join the series we offered in 2022, join us now. Register on AHA Hub or with the AHA office at 703-231-0824 or AHA@AtHomeInAlexandria.org. For a couple in a household, both parties can share one spot in the program.

Lots of News to Share in January 2023
Lots of good news in January! Several changes to the AHA Board of Directors will take place in January 2023. We welcome Virginia Kress and Shelly Schwab as new board members. Kathie Fricke steps down from serving as treasurer and her successor is John Veldhuis. Beginning in January, the AHA member directory will be provided in an easy-to-read format by email in the January and July eBlast. AHA has had a tough summer with the loss of several members. In this issue of the newsletter, we remember Sherry de Vries and Molly Lunsford. Both will be missed. AHA member L Liddle is remembered by other members for his friendship, instrumental part in the formation of AHA as an organization and continuous support and volunteer help.
