Significant changes are ahead for the Medicare program in 2016 — changes that could prove costly to Medicare beneficiaries, who should evaluate their health coverage choices in the Medicare open-enrollment season October 15 to December 7. Cedar Dvorin, MSW, Alexandria’s VICAP (Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program) Coordinator, will offer this workshop focused on Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage) and Part D (Prescription Drug Coverage).
